Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. This includes both domestic and international standard and express post. This can increase without notice during busy time periods, waiting on stock arrival or for any other reason not specified. After your order has been lodged with our carrier Australia Post, we are not responsible and reject any responsibility in regards to parcel processing, delivery wait times and delays that are out of our control.

All shipping costs include postage and handling fees and are regularly updated on information provided to us from our carrier Australia Post.

Please bear in mind, Australia post have regular delays due to Covid-19 causes and any period with increased parcel volumes such as the Christmas period, Boxing day, Black Friday, EOFY etc and other relevant sales periods. King Lids Inc as a business do our best to avoid these delays but are once again out of our control.

Alternatively, you can lodge an inquiry directly with Australia Post via their website if your parcel seems to be delayed or if you have any delivery concerns.
