By purchasing from our store, you automatically accept to these terms and conditions.
ALL helmets sold by King Lids Inc are sold as clear NOVELTY items. This means they have NOT undergone testing to be deemed or meet Australian Standards. We accept NO responsibility under any circumstances if worn for any reason or used where an Australian Standards helmet is needed and deemed necessary by choice or law. By purchasing any helmet or item from our store you automatically agree to all terms, conditions and warnings provided in our store policies. Customers agree that all terms have been read and accepted prior to purchasing.

Under the consumer law, please be aware that we DO NOT accept or offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, products that have been worn/tried on, for incorrect sizing, modified or any other reason. All sales are final. This is due to the integrity of our items including in the postage system and also due to Covid-19 health and hygiene regulations. King Lids Inc reserves ALL rights to ACCEPT or DECLINE any returns requests at the company's absolute and sole discretion. If King Lids Inc find on the rare occasion an item or order eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its total original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To contact us regarding a return, you can contact us at kinglids747@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to you without notice. Please allow 5-7 business days for a response via email.
Please read the product description, sizing guide and all other product details before purchase as this reflects our refund policy and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with photo evidence upon emailing us so a response is not delayed. We do not offer refunds for damaged/defective items. Depending on the item, a replacement, store credit or discount will be offered.
Postage delays and lost items
King Lids Inc is NOT responsible for any parcel or purchase that is or has been deemed missing, lost, delivered to the incorrect address, stolen or for any other reason. After order processing, shipping details can take a few business days to update as they await collection from our warehouse or have been collected and are in transit. Parcels are not always scanned in straight away and can take up to 3 business days for shipping information to reflect that. All enquiries for parcel delivery times, questions lost/delayed items are to be made directly through Australia Post for the most updated and correct information. Peak times including sales periods, restocking, Christmas etc can cause delays in the parcel/postage network. These delays are out of our control and once again not a responsibility held to King Lids Inc. Shipping times are subject to change at any time. All orders regardless if Parcel post or Express Post can take up to 5-7 business days for processing.

Exchanges
As per our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges on our products. Sizing guides are provided on the products in the description and sizing is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer.
Refunds
On the rare occasion King Lids Inc deems a refund necessary or appropriate, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund. Usually 3-5 business days.
